Laakman Electro-Optics, Inc. Model# RF88 Class IV CO2 (Maximum Output) Laser Head. It is mounted on a fan cooled heatsink. It incorporates laser bending & Focusing optics (Model# BDOA-1 w/5"fl) along with what I believe is a beam divider for a HeNe alignment Laser (HeNe laser not included but easy to find). An RF excited Laser. Evidence that RF requires a 27MHz at a moderate RF output level and ran off a 28VDC power source.

I needed some optics. I check ebay. This baby has everything. Notice the little air-connector on the side of the optics that is precisely what I need for cnc cutting.

Curiously, there is another thing attached to the side of the optics unit -- a 20 watt C02 laser.
