ELECTRONICS: An ATMEL AVR chip for pwm.
I got really tired of trying to wire a 5 bit controlled PWM circuit out of 74Ls191s so I bought an ATMEL programmer and wrote the code to get chip to do it in software. This rocks. These chips have extensive support tools like programming boards, simulators, and C compilers. Check out this site which has an incredible amount of information. What a ball.

As you and I have recently discussed by email, I have purchased second hand what I believe is a Cut Quality Enhancer and other optics for a Coherent G100 laser. I have shipped the CQE to you, along with a mounting plate that I had machined to connect the CQE to my G100 laser. I also shipped my beam bender to ensure that any new parts connect properly to this hardware.
Please contact me with information on the following:
1) I would like my system to include a Feeback Isolator. Will it be possible to upgrade my existing CQE to include a Feeback Isolator or will I have to purchase a new Feedback Isolator system?
2) The mounting plate I had machined is adequate for my CQI but let me know if I will need to purchase another mounting system for the Feedback Inhibitor to mount properly to my G100.
3) Can you assess if these optics are going to be of sufficient quality for my system? I would like to know if the reflective surfaces of the CQE are still operational, and if there are any other problems I should be aware of.
4) I have have a collimator with threads identical to female threads on the exit side of the beam bender. I do not have a path enclosure tube that connects between my beam bender and collimator. Please quote a price for a path enclosure tube that has male threads on both ends. The part should be 1 to 2 inches in length not including the threads.
Thanks,
o.
